The Stables shopping centre is nearing completion and was fully let on a sole mandate basis by the beginning of 2014. The centre comprises a GLA of 5369m² with 164 parking bays. Anchored by a 2700m² Shoprite with 25 line shops and 5 ATM’s, the centre will open on 29 May 2014 with big opening specials by all of the Tenants.
