New CJ Distribution Warehouse - Sod Turning Ceremony

Annenberg Property Group and Investec Properties will be developing a prime 45,000 square metre industrial site on La Belle Road in Stikland for CJ Distribution, primary supplier to Dis-Chem and independent pharmacies.
The development will comprise of approximately 18,000 square meters of modern warehousing and A grade offices with ample yard space and parking designed to CJ Distribution’s specific operational requirements. The team involved in this project are:
