Annenberg Property Group has been appointed as the sole Letting Agents of the new “The Stables” shopping centre development in Dunoon, Killarney Gardens.
The shopping centre is just one of the major upgrades to the area, notably including the extension of the BRT red route, the major refurbishment and upgrading of Potsdam Road and the completion of Sandown Road linking the R27 West Coast Road and the N7.
The shopping centre will service approximately 80,000 residents of Dunoon as well as providing a much needed shopping facility for the adjacent industrial areas of Killarney Gardens and Racing Park. In addition it will benefit from the huge increase in road users expected on Sandown Road to join the N7.
The 5400m2 shopping centre will be anchored by Shoprite and is close to 80% let. “We have had a remarkable uptake from tenants desperate to provide a formal offering to the Dunoon market,” says Andrew Jefferson of Annenberg Property Group. “We aim to have the centre fully tenanted before we go to ground in the next couple of months. The opening date is set for December this year.”
The centre is situated on Potsdam Road, metres from the new BRT bus depot and Dunoon Station and will be a fully secured and patrolled centre.
