Located in the secure development of Rivergate Business Park is a new development consisting of 2 units, each measuring 628m2. Euroberry Frozen Fruit and Fruit Products Supplier appointed APG to project manage the development of their freezer storage, production and distribution warehouse. Built on 3226m2 erf, the 2447m2 warehouse was completed in 2018.

Annenberg Property Group is about to commence with a R73 million development to be known as Soweto Healthcare Hub. Situated on Chris Hani Road within 500m of Mopanya Mall, the development will include a 3 theatre 24 bed day hospital leased to Apex Health and a 33 bed psychiatric clinic operated by Lifepath Group. Common denominator in both facilities is established Soweto Medical Practitioner, Dr Donald Papuma. In addition to the above, there will be a pathology and x-ray facilities as well as doctors consulting rooms. The development is due for completion in October 2019. Local doctors are supportive of this much needed initiative in the centre of Soweto and are looking forward to its completion.
ATS Transport required a modern and specialized warehouse and distribution center. A 2,822m2 development built as a turnkey project on a 10,500m2 site was completed in May 2018.
A 1288 bed student housing facility in Belhar, developed as a turnkey project for South Point, one of the largest student housing providers in the country. This R230 million facility was sold in February 2018.
A 20,000m2 specialised distribution and logistics centre on a 45,000m2 site for CJ Distribution, a subsidiary of Dischem Pharmaceuticals, situated on La Belle Road, Stikland Industria which was completed in 2017 and sold for R240 million.
