ATS Transport required a modern and specialized warehouse and distribution center. A 2,822m² development built as a turnkey project on a 10,500m² site was completed in May 2018.
A 1288 bed student housing facility in Belhar, developed as a turnkey project for South Point, one of the largest student housing providers in the country. This R230 million facility was sold in February 2018.
A 20,000m² specialised distribution and logistics centre on a 45,000m2 site for CJ Distribution, a subsidiary of Dischem Pharmaceuticals, situated on La Belle Road, Stikland Industria which was completed in 2017 and sold for R240 million.
