Bellville Triangle, or Triangle farm as it is also known, is one of the most established industrial areas in the Northern Suburbs and home to companies such as Clover, Astra Pak, Meyer & Ferreira furniture, Beekman Super Canopies (part of the Imperial Group) and Zeda Car Sales to name a few. Factories and Warehouses TO LET or FOR SALE are few, as rentals are reasonable and the tenant turnover rate is low with many companies having occupied the same premises for over a decade.
