Japanese Investment comes to town
In 2001 we concluded the sale of a 12,000m² factory to NGK Ceramics of Japan. This was the first investment made by a Japanese company in the Western Cape totalling R180 million at the time.
Old Mutual Properties Award
In 2000 we were awarded the Old Mutual Award for concluding the largest lease in gross rental terms in the entire country for a 10,000m² warehouse for TFD in Montague Gardens.
12,4 Hectares for Maersk SA
This 12,4 hectare site was sold by us to Maersk SA for R10.35 million in 2000.
A 255m² unit was sold and 2 x 255m² units let on Metal Road, Blackheath.
Epping Packer Avenue
In 2011 Annenberg Property Group were mandated by THUMB Group of Companies to secure this strategic site for their expansion on which now sits this modern custom built warehouse and offices.
Anglo American Industrial Corporation
In 1990, Annenberg Property Group were mandated by Anglo American Industrial Corporation to dispose of the former Leyland Property in Blackheath. The improvements compromised 24 000m² which was sold to one buyer and 11 hectares of land was subdivided into 55 industrial sites which were sold within 2 weeks.
Annenberg Property Group leased this 6,000m² warehouse in Montague Gardens in November 2008 with a capital value of R25million.
This 1,700m² office block and warehouse was sold to an owner/ occupier for R10.4 million in 2010.
Epping Industria 5,500m² Warehouse
Annenberg Property Group recently concluded a 3 year lease over this 5,500m² warehouse in Epping Industria 2 with a JSE listed tenant. The lease has a capital value of R6.4 million.
Annenberg Property Group sold this property, which consists of 2 buildings which were combined, measuring approximately 2,400m² on an erf size of 4,500m², for R5.8 million.
Annenberg Property Group concluded a R23 million sale on a 6,011m² industrial unit featuring 2 dock levellers, a roller door and 2 separate entrances.
Paarden Eiland Investment Sale
75 Auckland Street, Paarden Eiland was recently sold as an investment property for R7.1 million. The property measures approximately 2,800m².
Annenberg Property Group sold this 4700m² warehouse on a 2.5 hectare site in Brickfield Road, Salt River on behalf of Sanlam for R4 million in 2003.
Marconi Beam Factory
An upmarket warehouse of 3,334m² situated in Marconi Beam, Montague Gardens, was sold for R14.5 million excluding VAT.

New Sushi Restaurant on Camps Bay
Annenberg Property Group has successfully concluded a 5 year Lease with a new sushi restaurant on Camps Bays "golden mile". Phuket is the third restaurant in the group's portfolio and is destined to be a hit amongst tourists and locals alike. Located in the Promenade Centre, the restaurant provides fantastic views over Camps Bay Beach while still maintaining a degree of privacy due to its 1st Floor location.
City Park Hospital
In 1983 Annenberg Property Group concluded a 10 year lease with an option to purchase the former City Engineers Department building bounded by Bree Street, Longmarket Street, Loop Street and Church Street in Cape Town with Clinic Holdings and Afrox.
This property was converted into what is today known as Christian Barnard Hospital.
This property was sold to accounting firm BDO Spencer Steward on behalf of Old Mutual for R11 million in 2003.
Annenberg Property Group facilitated the conversion of this 6 storey building into a student residence for Cape Technikon.
Annenberg Property Group sold the former Duens Bakery building, now known as The Palms Centre, in Woodstock to Wetherlys in 2000 for R6 million. The building was converted from an industrial building into a vibrant retail/office development.

Showroom, 112 Buitengracht Street Cape Town. Annenberg sold this 2,400m² showroom for R12.4 million in 2006 and then again in 2008 for R17.5 million.

Gants Centre Somerset West
A prime investment property fronting the N2 and situated at Gants Centre, Somerset West, was sold for R4.8 million rand to an investment consortium.
White Hill House
Annenberg Property Group secured the exclusive selling rights in the last quarter of 2010 for 5 spacious and luxurious apartments on sought after Balham Hill Road, Clapham South, within 50 metres of leafy Clapham common.

Annenberg Property Group developed this A-Grade office block in Saldanha Bay on behalf of mining house Assmang Ltd in 2012.
The 320m² office block is situated on a 4,000m² site.
The project is a turnkey development which includes furniture as well.
The total value of the project is R8,775 million.
Soho on Strand
The property was sold to a client in 1996.
In 2003 we submitted a proposal to the client to add 50 residential units on top of the existing office block.
This development sold out in record time and is now a landmark on the fringe of the CBD.
This development was the pioneer of residential development in the main road of Claremont which comprises 4 towers and 322 apartments. The development was launched in September 2004 and 200 units were sold in 3 months. Annenberg Property Group initiated the development and marketed the units.
Pick 'n Pay
Annenberg Property Group assembled and rezoned what today is the Ottery Hypermarket site. The site assembly and rezoning took 10 years and Pick 'n Pay opened in 1986.
Galleria Centre and The Palms
In 1986 Annenberg Property Group facilitated the rezoning of the former Loreto Convent School site in Sea Point to accommodate a double storey Galleria Centre with Checkers as an anchor tenant plus the development and sale of a 6 storey apartment block, known as The Palms, adjacent thereto.
145 on Blaauwberg
The commercial property was purchased by our client and an additional office floor was added and the building was transformed.
The intention was to sell office units on a Sectional Title basis. This proved unsuccessful and we proposed a conversion of the upper level into residential. The units sold out in a few days. "A rescue job well done."
Industrial Township Land
This 30 hectare site in Montague Gardens was subdivided into 100 erven and successfully sold between 1990 and 1992.

Market Toyota Dealership Claremont
This new showroom and service centre was developed for Market Toyota by the Annenberg Property Group and was completed in November 2006. The former showroom was demolished to make way for this larger facility to cater for the increased demand in the Southern Suburbs. The total cost of this development was R33 million.
Spiros Corner Durbanville
Annenberg Property Group facilitated the development of the landmark Spiros property in the heart of Durbanville. The development includes a 2000m² Spiros Mica Hardware Superstore plus 1200m² of line shops. The development was completed at the end of 2007 after 4 years of planning approval.
Annenberg Property Group developed this 6800m² industrial building for Tradeforms in Montague Gardens and sold it on a sale/leaseback to Sanlam in 1993 for R5.9 million.
Atom Industrial Park
This is a refurbishment of an existing industrial complex in Bellville Triangle which was sold on a Sectional Title basis in 2006 at prices between R3250/m² and R3500/m².
This is a 48 townhouse development in a security complex in Woodstock Upper which was successfully completed in December 2006.
In 1993 Annenberg Property Group developed this 1000m² office block and truck workshop for APV SA in Montague Gardens.
FNB Private Bank
In 1999 Annenberg Property Group developed this office block for Discovery Health which is now occupied by FNB Private Bank.
Annenberg Property Group developed this 6 unit development on Montague Drive Montague Gardens.
Paardend Eiland Warehouse & Office Block
This property at 21 Section Street was redeveloped by Annenberg Property Group on behalf of a client. The office block and a 300m² portal frame structure was retained and the rest demolished to make way for a 6 meter high warehouse with 3 loading doors set back off the street to accommodate 40 foot containers.
The building was occupied shortly after completion in 2010.
Paarden Eiland is the closest industrial area to the CBD and opposite the port - redevelopments of this nature will eventually see an upgrade trend from dated to modern buildings in this much sought after area.
Annenberg Property Group developed this 2300m² factory and offices for Capewell Springs in WP Park in 1993.
Annenberg Property Group concluded a 10 year lease in 2010 with Prime Cleaning Supplies for a new factory that was built to suit in Steinhoff Industrial Park George.
In 2003 Annenberg Property Group developed this prime main road site in Tokai for Market Toyota.
