Category Cape Town News

Cape Town CBD is set to get a new skyscraper, across the road from Cape Town Central Station.

Currently in the planning stage is the Zero-2-One Tower, proposed for the northwest corner of Strand and Adderley streets.

According to the Cape Town Central City Improvement District, the new building would comprise 42 storeys and approximately 148m in height.

“The structure will become the tallest building in Cape Town when topped out,” the CCID said.

It is set to have 624 apartments, 760 parking bays and 6,000m2 of retail. It will also have a viewing deck, open to the public and set to become a major CBD destination with 360 degree views.
